SERVICE PLAN

 

It is our purpose to provide high quality, thorough residential cleaning in a timely manner. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly cleaning and also cleaning for move outs or special occasions. You can expect us to be professional in our service. We also maintain the highest level of integrity. We use a team approach to clean your residence. Thank you for choosing us!

 

BASIC CLEANING SERVICES:

 

Bedrooms: make the bed(no sheet change).

          Dust with Pledge (items must be within reach).

          Dust top of picture frames, door ledges, window sills.

          Blinds will be dusted with an appropriate tool.

          Mirrors cleaned with Windex.

          Glass tabletops or items like glass candleholders will be cleaned with

          Windex.

          Smudges or fingerprints will be wiped from windows.

          Floor will be vacuumed or swept.

          Throw rugs will be shaken out.

           Trash taken out.

Living Areas:

      Dust with pledge (items must be within reach).

          Dust top of picture frames, door ledges, window sills.

          Blinds will be dusted with appropriate tool.

          Mirrors cleaned with Windex.

          Glass tabletops cleaned with Windex.

          Entertainment center glass doors cleaned with Windex.

          Smudges or fingerprints wiped from windows.

          Furniture will be vacuumed if needed to remove pet hair.

          Small throw rugs will be shaken out, large room size rugs will be

          Vacuumed.

          Carpet will be vacuumed. Edge vacuumed(if needed).

          Trash taken out.

 

Bathroom: 

      Toilet will be cleaned inside and out. (please note, we do not clean up

          Human or pet feces that are left on the floor or the walls or cabinets)

          Tub and shower scrubbed inside and out.

           Sink and countertop cleaned.

           Mirrors cleaned with Windex.

           Exterior of cabinets wiped.

           Smudges or prints on windows cleaned.

           Dust with pledge.

           Throw rugs will be shaken out.

           Floor will be swept and mopped.

           Trash taken out.

           **note**this area has very hard water, we will do our very best to clean

           the hard water stains off, but realize that some stains do not come off.

Hallway/Steps

          Dust pictures, shelves, top of door ledges.

           Vacuum or mop hallway.

Entry     

      same as hallway

       

Dining Room:

       Dust table and chairs with pledge.

           Shake out tablecloth.

           Dust light fixtures, such as chandeliers (within reach).

           Dust blinds with appropriate tool.

           Wipe the exterior of glass cabinets if needed.

           Vacuum carpet or sweep/mop floor.

Kitchen   :

      Wipe down appliances.

           Remove any stuck on food from front of cabinets and drawers.

           Wipe down the exterior of fridge, stove, dishwasher.

           Wipe out interior and exterior of microwave.

           Dust table and chairs.

           Clean sink and countertops.

           Dust tops of door ledges, windowsills.

           Wipe off any smudges or prints from windows.

           Clean glass deck or patio door with Windex. (exterior can not be done

           In freezing weather).

           Floor swept and mopped.

           Throw rugs shaken out.

           Trash taken out.

Laundry Room

         Wipe down washer and dryer.

          Dust shelves, any pictures.

          Throw rugs shaken out.

           Floor swept and mopped.

          Trash taken out.

Office    :

      Dust with pledge.

           Dust top of picture frames, windowsills, door ledges.

           Vacuum floor.

           Take out trash.

 

 

 

 

DEEP CLEANS:

 

The steps above will be done for deep cleaning, but we will discuss with you exactly what type of deep cleaning you desire. We feel that deep cleaning needs to be a mutual agreement between you and Pro-Team Cleaning, LLC., to better serve you.

 

MOVE OUTS:

 

If you are moving out and do not desire to clean your home yourself after all items are out of the house, we can do a cleaning for you. We will discuss with you exactly what needs to be done.

 

Prices: Basic cleaning=$35.00/hour for a team of 2

       Deep Cleaning=50.00/hour for a team of 2

       Move outs    =50.00/hour for a team of 2

 

 

We will take out your trash and empty into outside trash can, but you must supply the trash bags.

 

We are a cleaning service, not a maid service so please ask that you have toys and clothing picked up so we can clean. If they are not picked up then we will clean around them.

 

PLEASE HAVE ALL ANIMALS CONFINED! This is for their safety and ours. 

 

 

REFERRALS:

 

We love referrals! If you would like to give us a referral, we offer a discount to you if you refer someone and we take them on as a client. First referral you will receive a 10% discount on your total cleaning, 2nd referral is 15% and 3rd referral is 20%. The maximum times we can discount your cleaning is 3 times.

 

 

We will do our very best to clean your home, but there are some things we do not do. The following is a list of things we do not do.

 

1. We do not clean residences that do not have adequate air conditioning or adequate heat.

2. We do not clean fireplaces or garages.

3. When deep cleaning, we will move furniture only if it is not excessively heavy.

4. We do not wash dishes or clothing, nor do we iron.

5. We do not change sheets on your beds or flip mattresses.

6. We do not clean up vomit.

7. We do not clean up human or animal feces that is on floors, walls, cabinets or ceilings.

8. We do not feed pets or water plants.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must contact us 24 hours in advance if you decide to cancel your cleaning for the next day. If you fail to do so, there is a $50.00 charge.

 

Charge for insufficient checks is $30.00. We reserve the right to terminate service if this occurs.

 

On the day of your cleaning, you must provide a key to be left in a designated spot for the cleaning team. Key must be in that spot so we can enter to clean. Key will be replaced when we leave. We do not carry your house keys with us.

 

Also on the day of your cleaning, you must have a check, money order or cash in an agreed upon location in your home for your cleaning. Payment is expected on the day we clean. If there is no payment when we come to clean your house, your house will not be cleaned that day and you are responsible for rescheduling.

 

We will not allow anyone else into your house while we are cleaning, this includes deliveries, other service people and the like. This is for our protection and yours.

We also will not clean if there are unsupervised children under the age of 16 in your home.

 

 

Please remember that we clean as a team, but occasionally we do get sick or have emergencies. If we are not fully scheduled that day, it is possible that only one team member would do the cleaning. If we are fully scheduled that day and can not do your cleaning, we will do our very best to reschedule you later in the week or possibly into a Saturday. If your cleaning falls on a holiday, you will not get cleaning that week.
